Yoga and meditation are age old lifestyle practices which benefit one''''s well being immensely. Practicing yoga improves balance, endurance, flexibility, and strength, while meditation helps keep the mind sharp, relieves stress and anxiety, and can strengthen your immune system.
In our yoga and meditation classes, we will focus on developing mindfulness and concentration in the students, which will help them in all their activities. We hope that all participants will benefit from these sessions and continue these practices for a long time to come. "
